The Colour SONY chip sets used in each camera offer great quality colour images during the day when the offices or shops are open whilst an on board photocell allows auto-switching to a B&W image at night. In addition to the day/night switching the camera has built in Infra-Red LEDs that automatically switch on when the light levels drop below 10 lux.
